1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Cayman market website at oasis-land.ky and related services provided by Oasis Land Cayman Limited. By using the website, submitting an enquiry, booking a call, using WhatsApp links, or placing a reservation request, you agree to these terms.

2. Local Agent and Developer

Oasis Land Cayman Limited is the local Cayman Islands agent. Oasis Land Development Limited is the landowner and developer. Information on this website is provided to help prospective buyers review available freehold lots and understand the reservation process. A land purchase is governed by the written Agreement of Purchase and Sale with Oasis Land Development Limited.

3. Website Information

We aim to keep all lot, price, availability, payment-plan, completion-cost, and development information accurate, but information may change. Availability is not guaranteed until a reservation is accepted and confirmed. You should review the due diligence pack and seek independent Cayman Islands legal advice before signing any purchase agreement.

4. Images, Plans, Maps, and Descriptions

Photographs, drone imagery, maps, red-line outlines, artist impressions, build concepts, architectural examples, and AI or computer-generated visuals are for general guidance only. Official surveys, title documents, planning information, and written contract documents take priority.

5. Reservations and Payments

The website may allow you to pay a reservation fee online. Online reservation payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Oasis Land Cayman Limited does not store your card details. A reservation fee holds the selected lot for a review period but does not by itself complete a land purchase.

All land prices and reservation payments are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Bank charges, card charges, currency conversion differences, and third-party payment fees are outside our control.

6. No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Planning Advice

Website content is general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, construction, planning, immigration, or investment advice. You should take advice from qualified Cayman Islands professionals before making a land purchase or relying on stamp duty, planning, building, or ownership information.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, copy content for unlawful use, submit false information, interfere with site security, or use the website in a way that breaches Cayman Islands law or any applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability
