Anti-Spam and Marketing Compliance

1. Scope

This Anti-Spam and Marketing Compliance page applies to Cayman market marketing activity by or on behalf of Oasis Land Cayman Limited, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, affiliates, referral activity, and promotional campaigns.

2. Consent and Identification

Marketing communications must be sent only where legally permitted and must identify the sender clearly. Communications about Cayman market land should not misrepresent the relationship between Oasis Land Cayman Limited and Oasis Land Development Limited.

3. Prohibited Activity

Do not use purchased, scraped, rented, or harvested contact lists. Do not send misleading messages, hide the sender identity, make unapproved land, tax, investment, immigration, construction, planning, or legal claims, or alter approved Oasis Land Cayman Limited marketing materials in a misleading way.

4. Opt-Outs

Marketing communications must include a clear way to opt out where required. Opt-out requests must be honoured promptly. If a person asks not to be contacted again, marketing contact must stop unless a transactional or legal reason requires a response.

5. Affiliates and Referrers

Affiliates and referrers are responsible for their own marketing activity and must follow applicable anti-spam, privacy, advertising, and consumer-protection laws. They must disclose referral or affiliate relationships clearly and must not present themselves as employees or authorised agents unless confirmed in writing.

6. Reporting Concerns

Report suspected spam or misleading marketing involving Oasis Land Cayman Limited to news@oasis-land.ky.
