Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to reservation fees paid through the Cayman market website at oasis-land.ky or through Cayman market payment links issued by Oasis Land Cayman Limited.

2. Reservation Fee

The reservation fee is used to hold a selected lot for a limited review period while you receive and review the relevant documents. Paying a reservation fee does not by itself complete a land purchase and does not transfer title.

3. Refund Eligibility

Reservation fees are refundable where you cancel during the review period and before signing the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and paying the deposit, or where Oasis Land Cayman Limited confirms cancellation in writing. Refunds apply to the reservation fee only and do not apply to later payments unless confirmed in writing under the relevant purchase documents.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are normally processed within seven working days after written cancellation confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe or the payment provider used for the reservation.

Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available. Currency exchange differences, card fees, bank fees, or payment-provider fees are outside our control.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email news@oasis-land.ky with your full name, email address, phone number, lot reference, payment confirmation, and a clear request to cancel your reservation.
